Shimano makes a perfectly good 3/32 freewheel $20, dicta, ACS. All fairly inexpensive and easiily acquired. Lots of cheaper/more expensive options as well (ENO). Not rare or hard to find by any stretch of imagination.
Since the OP doesn't want to be clear on his question, we can only assume he's either stacking a singlespeed freewheel on a freewheel rear wheel or he's using a freehub type rear wheel with cogs from a cassette spaced out. At which point the freewheel question is moot.
Who knows.
