Woohoo! I'm all about this project, now!

The actual removal and installation of the components isn't that difficult. It's going to be the adjusting of everything. If you're interested in learning how to do it yourself, I'd recommend picking up a good book. There was just a thread about this. http://www.bikeforums.net/showthread.php?t=513620 If you aren't interested in learning (which isn't a bad thing either) I'd still recommend installing all the hardware yourself, and then taking it somewhere to have them do the tune-up.
