I started my 'fat' loss yesterday. Weighed in at 261.8 and want to lose 2 lbs a week. Watching my % body fat as well. Want to reach 12% by summer's end.
I too found fitday.com and will start using that tomorrow. Looks like a great way to journal.
Will keep people posted to keep motivated.
