That's what I thought for my S.O., so she has owned three different bikes (Trek 730 Multitrack, pecialized Dolce( her idea as it was purple), and a Raleigh cadent? comfort). The only one to make the cut was the comfort bike. The trouble is the "big comfy seat". She won't ride very often or long, and thinks my Brooks saddles are medieval torture devices. She, however lover the idea of spending time with me on bikes, just not so much in practice. So, we have compromised on short jaunts around the neighborhood.
