It's a relative old, for me. I just know with the mental blocks I have about riding in a group, that it's something that won't happen for me. Otherwise, you're never too old to take on anything - I've done ballet, jazz, piano, fencing, and a new language, all between 30 and 40, and am now (post 40) preparing for my first marathon.
