I have Pauls hubs. Basically, the QR version is just like any other QR version, and as the Krypto is designed to replace a QR, I see no reason why it wouldn't work.....except if the Krypto doesnt provide enough clamping force for horizontal dropouts.
I ran a singlespeed once with horizontals and an old Shimano QR cranked hard and it worked fine, btw.
