Determining hub size
If a standard mountain bike hub size is 135mm or 130mm, where do you get that measurement? As in the distance from point A to point B. I need to verify the hub size on my bike's stock hubs, but I don't know where the 130mm or 135mm measurement is coming from, so I can't verify the hub size.
I just bought a 2009 Specialized Rock Hopper 29er but I can't find any documentation stating the size of the hubs.
Please help. I want to get new wheels. Thanks.
