The Raleigh has road geometry including a decent length of headtube (think minimal drop from saddle to bars). Unfortunately, it lacks cable guides and bottle bosses. The Kilo has a miniscule HT throughout the range of sizes, but does come with guides and bosses. If you combined the two, you'd get a decent fixie. On balance, I'd test ride the Raleigh and get the one the size that fits. I still use my Rush Hour for winter training. The Kilo went back when I couldn't make the geo work for me.
The tt does not have guides or bosses as far as I can tell, it has no brakes. The rush hour has front and rear brakes standard
