He said it sat outside behind a barn for years before he got it. He's kept it inside ever since. From what I could gather, it's going to need new wheels from sitting in the dirt so long, and possibly a crank. He's wanting $75. When I get the pictures I'll know whether it's junk or not.
Also, I know a very good painter that will do a very good job for a very low price(for me). He normally does custom paint jobs on motorcycles, but he's done a few bicycles too.
