On the Ohio side, we have one of the most extensive paved "Rails to Trails" systems in the country. The Little Miami River Trail is 120 miles long and it runs from Milford, an Eastern suburb of Cinci, on up to Springfield. Along the way is the town of Xenia, a trail hub, where three other trails intersect the LMRT. All in all, over 300 miles of paved bike trail is easily accessible from the LMRT.

There are also several other trails running out of Cinci. One follows along the Great Miami River, and a few others follow along its various branches. Most have maps which are available on-line.
