Yeah, 5 kids and 15 grandkids at age 41 plus working 60 hours a week between two jobs kind of limits the riding time. But I still manage to get in more than some folks. You just have to find ways to make time. My riding is mostly commuting and I leave the house an hour early in the morning to get the max out of that. Ridng in the Roswell area is not too bad as long as the wind stays down. Managed to ride my first solo century on January 10. Temp at 7:40 am (when I left the house) was 45 F, and when I got home at 3:20 pm it was a balmy 75 F. Gotta love the winters out here.
