Hello all,
My name is Chris, I am 25 and from Mississauga Ontario. It is time for me to get back in shape, it has been a while; I have just been giving my thumbs a work out. At 6'1" and 250lbs I figured since I love the out doors biking would be the best way to get in shape.
I used to love biking but it has been a while since I have owned a bike since I moved to an apartment, I didnt have the space to keep a bike. So I said who cares and I am going to go for it again anyways. But this time I think I am going to go to an actual bike shop so I can get a proper fitting and setup.
I will be posting another thread asking for help on selecting a bike and accessories, etc and possibly a store.
