I already pay too much for cable and can't justify $45 for streaming video that may or may not pixelate, freeze up or be generally unwatchable.

Not to be a shill, but it is $30 for Milan Sanremo, the Giro and Lombardy. I would also recommend ponying-up for a good internet connection.
