I once did the a simalar thing to a driver who was blocking me at a light. I was on a trail had the walk sign he pulled so far up I had to wait for a break in traffic so I could go around him. While I was walking in front of him the light changed so I just stopped in front of his car and looked at him until it changed back and went on my merry way. It may have been stupid, but it made me feel better
