We are having a few days of rain right now, but I welcome the chance for some of the pollen to be washed from the trees and from the coating on my car's windshield and flat surfaces. Not that it will go away any time soon. In fact, I am quite sure that the worst is yet to come. More runny noses, sore throats, gravelly voices and spitting phlegm in the forecast. But the flowers and trees sure are pretty.
