I haven't been yelled at yet but I yelled at a cager for the first time yesterday. She was stopped at a light waiting to turn right. I too, was going to go right. I came up right as the light was green, but she was too distracted to go more than 1 mph since she was watching two guys push a car on the other side of the street. Rather than stop, I rang my bell a few times (her window was down) and hollered "GO" at the top of my lungs. She was so startled she nearly drove into the traffic island and then careened over the road as she tried to find out where the yell came from. Eventually she sped off.
