i dont deny myself either...
in fact, most of my friends ask me how i've lost the weight i already have, and i'll tell them that i eat reasonably and work out as often as possible.... one of them went on to ask what i have cut out of my diet, and i told him that i haven't really cut out anything, but rather, i moderate my intake a bit better and my tastes have changed (less fat, more nutrients, and for some reason i just dont have a taste for sodas anymore).
i think i shouldve ask the question a little differently:
what do u eat that can satisfy that craving, but... how should i say it... is a better choice, health-wise, than a candy bar or pastry?
