You have a Dawes Echelon. 1978ish if I'm not mistaken. Reynolds 531 main triangle. It's a nice enough looking frame, but the craftsmanship doesn't jump out (IMHO) on this model.

How does it ride? Mine is still in project form It came with the fork, original crank/bb, and a nice set of GB "Dawes" bars.
