Ok, the metal stuff is a no-brainer, I do semi-regular trips to the recycling facility, first sorting the steel and aluminum. However, I've got a big bag of old tires/tubes/grips that I haven't thrown away on account of not knowing how to dispose of them, and also thinking I'd come up with something to do with the stuff. I need to unload this crap, was thinking about asking the tire place down the street if they'd take it.
What do you guys do? And PLEASE don't say you just put it in the landfill.
