Yeah, 5 minutes or more in between. If you have the schedule budget, 8 minutes would probably be about perfect. We get as little as 4:30 sometimes depending on when we need to get back to our desks. Other times longer. The intervals get you further into that AWC zone if you take the time to let your liver suffer through the lactic acid processing (which is what might make you nauseous).

Well, it's fine for a variable VO2Max workout, but my 1125211 pyramid is for AWC development (the 5 is just to freshen you up, not for AWC -- you actually will feel better/stronger after it).
