Breaking Wind
Looking for some recommendations on a wind breaker / jacket. I don't really need it to keep me warm, looking more for wind resistance and breathability (still don't understand how an article of clothing can be both wind resistant and breathable.) Also, it needs to be able to fold up and be stored in my jersey back pocket.
