It is better to hang the bike during storage either by the wheels of frame.
Your tires may take a 'set' if the weight of the bike sits on flat or low pressure tires.
Invest in some bike hooks if you have the means.
Hopefully the bike was lubed prior to storage. Other than that you should have no worries.
