Thank you for the suggestions GaryBy.

I felt those models weren't sufficient because they didn't fulfil my requirements (HRM+cad+bike+run). The CS300 looks good, but looks like I'll need to purchase the cadence sensor separately.

What might be the most cost-effective solution?
