No naysayer here.

There are design elements here that I find just amazing.

But the language of the press release also tells me that they're having trouble lining up dealers for this very unusual bicycle. (I'll just note, in passing, that eZee - whose bicycles use many off-the-shelf parts - still only has 2 dealers in the whole United States).

But, if we are talking about a direct distribution model, can I also pay an extra amount of money and get on-site service ... the way I can get on-site service for my Dell, or my Apple? Would KKL be willing to "go the distance" to set up this kind of arrangement?

I would want to know that someone could help out with service, if the thing stopped working and I couldn't figure out what was wrong.
