A cog with 3 mm of spacers between the cog and hub.
Are you using a Sugino RD? Not to get off topic, bit I think it's really cool that Sugino decided to to offer that crankset in bunch of different anodized colors and didn't even try to fix the chainline issue. Smooth move.
A few mm difference in chainline isn't that much of an issue, especially if you're running a mix match drivetrain.
