Doctors are so funny

Just had my physical.
My vitals are RHR 60, BP 110/75, Cholesterol 140 (total) Blood sugar was OK.

The Doc was rather nonplussed, and needing to find some fault, said I needed to loose weight. (DUH! Hello? I'm 350 lbs. Thank you Captain Obvious!)
She asked about my diet and exercise.
Out came the food diary and training log.

I could imagine gears clashing and the smell of smoke.
She finally just upped my thyroid dosage and told me to keep up the good work. (hee hee)

The best time I'd ever had at the Doctor's office.
