Dumb**** broke my friend's bike (sheared fork), and messed up my friend's ankle days before a marathon. GRRRRRrrrRRRrrrRRr. Also, weight goals appearing unlikely. Despite 40 miles so far this week, and massive caloric deficits according to calorie counter (I wasn't striving for them, just wasn't hungry), I've gone up 1 pound so far (1.5 from Sunday).
