Carbon or alu frame and post? If they're both aluminum get a dab of bearing grease and put a thin coat on the part of the seatpost that's going to be inside the frame. If either is carbon get some Tacx carbon assembly compound and use that instead. You can put a tiny dab under the clamps on the saddle rails too if you wish. That should take care of any creaks from the saddle and post.
