Hmm. I thought it was just a marketing gimmick, with the portions pre-wrapped. So it actually is lower in fat AND sugar, huh?
I think that kind of stuff is good as you transition to a more healthy diet. It's hard to go cold turkey. I started drinking diet soda, and after about 6 months I stopped having any desire for either the real stuff or the diet stuff.
