i could get a complete set of wrenches (metric and SAE) for about 80$
hammers i have at home (i assume you would too)
screw drivers i have at home (i assume you would too)
the spoke key at my LBS is 5$
complete alan key set @ auto store (metric) = 10$
patch kit @ LBs is 3$
tire levers @ LBS is 5$
i can't remember how much the other bike specific tools were, though.
