A co-worker of mine has a custom geo Ti Habanero that he had built for bad weather commuting. His has disc and canti mounts, all the eyelets one could ever want, three bottle cage mounts, etc. He has had no complaints about the frame. I would bet that Habanero could build you a very nice touring frame.
