How long before you see form improve?

Suppose you have a good base of fitness, and you have your weekly training routine down packed... etc..

How long after a BT workout / or hard block of training days do you notice your form improve?

Is it something like a few days, a few weeks, or after / during the recovery week that you feel your form spike up to max?

just wondering.
