Thanks for sharing! Something out of the ordinary. I can totally visualize this in India, having seen road crews use big boulders on a major highway as detour pylons. This event is a sad exception in a country of a billion. I always thought the drivers there more imaginative than in the west: because of necessity due to the road conditions.
