I'm from "the OC", Ferndale. I ride in Detroit and surrounding areas, and I ride with a bunch of Ferndalians on the regular. I don't necessarily commute; I work quite a distance away. My affairs always include road bikes and a lot of city cycling. The thrill of riding through traffic is better to me than a trail or the like. I'm not as serious as some but it doesn't lessen my love. What about you, where's your favorite metro Detroit riding?
