I've dealt with Hincapie and Mt Borah.
In regards to customer service, Mt Borah is incredibly helpful and easy to deal with. My team switched over from Hincapie and have been extremely happy with the way they have treated us. The customer service rep I had to deal with even sent me a handwritten "thank you" card in the mail once our order was completed. They obviously put a strong emphasis on being very personal with their customers and it shows.
