I don't do much in the way of food/hydration prep, since on a daily basis I drink about a gallon of water and eat anything that isn't fast enough to get out of my way.
I've been taking it easy on riding this week, since I'm doing the century on my fixie. Doing some extra stretching, and I made sure to load up on NUUN, Endurolytes and Cytomax to bring on the ride.
