I have the same bike rolling on 32mm Schwalbe Marathons. I've thought about putting Gatorskins on it like on my other bikes. How are you liking it with the Contis?
The cranks are probably Sugino XD w/42T ring if stock. It also has a bash ring since it's marketed as a cyclocross bike.
Oh, and keep the saddle. It's...well, unique. I have had some interesting comments about it.
