So I was putting on my SA XRF8 on, try to adjust the yellow arrow like it says here:

Problem is, when I finally get it to match on 4th gear, I can't downshiift to 3. It got stuck. I stupidly forced it and the cable detached from the shifter. I don't know what to do now. HelP!
