I'm on the fence with this one. Odds are, without the serious crash beforehand, the matter never would've blossomed into the protest.
OTOH, I don't think a domestic amateur crit would've been allowed with those course conditions. They were ridiculous.
And yeah, part of me is thinking lance might be more mouth than legs, but I can't dismiss a little treachery either. Fact is I'm counting on it.
