Adapter for Panniers

I am trying to figure out how to attach either my Orlieb panniers or the panniers in my Jannd rear rack pack II to my Giant TWIST electric bike. The rear rack on this bike has two batteries built in which stick out from the main rack.

I was told that I could put extension screws onto the Orlieb panniers to get this to work although that would require readjusting it to fit my "normal" bike. The Jannd panniers fit over the batteries but need a loop or hook somewhere near the hub to attach the hook to. Does anybody know of either:

1. An adapter for the Orlieb panniers that will allow them to fit on a rack with an odd shape
2. An adapter, loop, or hook that I can attach somewhere near my hub using the rack screws or some other method, so I can hook the Jannd panniers on?

Ideally, I'd be able to switch back and forth between my Blackburn rack on my "normal" bike and the battery laden custom rack on the Twist. Here are some detailed photos of the Twist:

Any ideas?
