I'd probably buy my grandfather's house or work something out with him, since I like this part of town. Then get a nice big loft downtown and move everything there while I rebuild the house (it's poorly built). Either way expand the garage space to hold more wheels....car/truck, motorcycles, and of course, bicycles.

Invest wisely so that I have lots and lots of free time to go riding both the motorcycles and the bicycles (the cages would be more utilitarian transportation). Ride the bicycle twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. I bet I'd lose weight if I did that long enough! Then ride the motorcycles in between.

Wrench on my toys at night in the garage....outfitted with tools, fridge, beer, TV/DVD/stereo, etc.

Volunteer to help disabled folks here and there in my spare time....used to be I did it for a living, but got burned out. But I'd still love to help from time to time (just not all the time).

What kinda wheels, you ask? hmmm, easy - a Miata and a late-model (early 2000s) Tacoma for 4 wheels, 2 wheels probably an FJR1300 or FZ1 (used to own one), one of the latest/greatest sportbikes for the track, then a couple DP/motard bikes.

I'd collect old Italian, French and English bikes and flip 'em, but if you had to tell me to start SOMEWHERE with my first million bucks, I'd just get a Pinarello Prince Di2 and go from there
