I couldn't of lost that much fitness since Saturday right? I typically could do a run TT with around a 7 minute pace, and a 170 heart rate earlier this season!?
That is correct. Now take a step back. A recent crash, trying to train in the face of injuries, elevated heart rate during exercise.
Get a clue, back off, regroup. Focus on a bigger picture and learn to rest whether or not you think you "deserve" to.
