Schwinn Varsity that had broken Positron on it, a bent rear wheel, and a lot of cobwebs. Bought it from a customer for $5. Tossed the 20 pound stem and drop bar, put on a new, light 21.1 stem and riser bar, NOS Shimano 7 speed thumb shifter, Exage rear wheel I had laying around, cheapo rear derailleur, Shimano Tourney road crank also laying around, and a used Salsa saddle. It's a groovy Starbucks-Runner bike now.

Groovy indeed!!!

Cheers,
