Boeris Italian Bike

Hello-would appreciate some input from the folks out there with a frankly intimidating and impressive amount of knowledge! Been scouring the planet for a reasonable priced colnago (no joy ;( ) but came accross this-owner seems a bit fly but is asking for 250 euros.... verdict?
I know Boeris don't make bike any more and were based out of Torino-sole campag dealer for the region too-and this seems to have Valentino throughout. He also has an '87 Bianchi converted to SS and what he claims is a 1960 Olimpia and an Atala which he originally said was 1970 but now says is 89 (stickers on the downtube a bit of a giveaway.... ) slight difference.

Anyway-good deal or one to pass up on my hunt for a stonking Colnago classic?
cheers,
Greg
