Increased LBM=increased metabolism.
Of course, but the point is that if fatso starts cycling regularly and drops to 180lbs he will still have 110lb of LBM and his metabolism won't be any different. If anything he'll be burning less because he's not lugging around 20 extra lbs of fat.
