quick cure for back and foot pain
another pain question ,my complaint is a pain in my middle toe ,serious pain i know it's comming from my back nerve pain, i was out on a 50 mile spin today ,i had to stop until the pain passed ,okay the thing is im off to france thursday three weeks touring ,is there anything i can do to relive this pain.
