Subtracting 500 calories from your daily diet is not that hard. Just doing that alone can net the 3500 calories needed to burn up to a pound of fat a week. That added in with exercise does just more than burn fat. The feeling we get alone with exercise helps us control calorie consumption to begin with.
Agree 100%. When I first got put on a diet (I didn't go voluntarily) I had to write down what I was eating. On day one it was business as usual and I wrote it all down. My calorie intake was STAGGERING.
Big wake up call. Nobody and I mean nobody needs more than 2000 calories a day (and lets add a qualifier) unless you're really burning a ton as well, however the reality is if we were burning a ton we wouldn't be calling ourselves Clydes.
2000 calories can be as much if not more food than anyone is eating now IF IT'S THE RIGHT FOOD.
