CL bike front wheel-needs truing?
I got this Cannondale M400 (1999) from CL last week. Its the original owner, and I got all manuals and a Cannondale Video and the bikeshop receipt (BikePeddlers), even.

I was messing with adding a speedometer and spinning the front wheel and saw this:

Is this what you mean by a wheel needing truing?
