I cleaned up my diet about a month ago, then started counting my cals last week to see where I was at. I found that some days I'm not eating enough; 2000 calories is a whole lot of food when it's primarily lean protien & veggies. I never have to worry about being hungry between meals now that I'm on a healthy 2000 cal diet.

Back when I was eating fast food all the time it was normal for me to eat 2000+ cals in 1 meal, then be hungry again 2-3 hours later. No wonder I got fat!
