Im currently 5'11", weigh about 185 maybe 190.... and im 14. I know big guy right? please.. dont make fun of me. anywho, heres my plan... anything you think i can change
NOTE: im trying to keep this on the d-l with my 'rents, but i can bike to the local whole foods or roche bros if i need to for stuff..

anyways, each day is included with a 1.5- 2 mile bike ride. or at least as many days as i can.

Breakfast:
Either a piece of fruit with a smoothie that includes flax, oj/water, yogurt, and frozen fruit
or 110 calorie heatable pancakes with fruit and milk

Snack:
Nutrigrain bar with skim milk for protein

Lunch
either:

half of bagel with cream cheese with fruit
serving of cereal with skim milk
all of these are witha glass of milk

snack:1 nutri-grain bar and skim milk

cordin bleu chicked (its low calorie) and water
or pb and j with milk
